As well as it was planned, the new, corrected RDA list comes from 01.01.2020

Total on 01.01.2020 the general RDA list consists of 2642 areas.

This RDA list begins to work from 01.01.2020
The application should only contain areas from the current RDA list.
For new areas, the QSO date must be specified in the application.

5. Correction of already submitted RDA to the RDA award committee. The lists of already confirmed districts will be 
corrected by hand and resent to You. As this will take some time we suggest You to recorrect Your list Yourself and 
send it for verification to the following email address: rx3rc@rdaward.org.
For an accurate display of results in the RDA toplist we will include only converted lists with all corrections derived 
from the changes as of 01.01.2020.

We hope for Your understanding. The RDA list hasn't changed since 2016, now the new list reflects the most accurate list 
of current existing districts in Russia.
