1. Read RDA Rules carefully.
2. Fill out Record Sheet.
3. Sort callsign by districts code as listed on the RDA-list.
4. Present application and cards to your HF Awards Manager for 
   verification. Applications may be certified by two radioamateurs
   or in local radioclub.
5. Send application to Award Maneger with the appropriate fee(s).
